The fastest way to view your coverage is through the “I.C.I. Benefits at a Glance” sheet.

Log into the Members Portal using your Member ID
On the right sidebar, select Member Downloads → I.C.I. Benefits at a Glance
Your UA Local 787 Health Benefits Package Includes:
Major medical, health, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage for you and your family — including spouses, dependents, minors, and anyone living in your primary residence (spouse and dependent coverage included at no extra cost).
Life insurance and emergency out-of-province medical insurance.
Short-term and long-term disability coverage for qualifying illnesses and injuries.

Access the Members Portal
View official plan documents, booklets, and forms through the MemberXG Portal
Download plan forms and claim documents
Submit direct deposit request slips
Access member information and medical claim forms

Access Weekly Indemnity (WI) forms
Create or log in to your GreenShield+ account
Watch instructional video tutorials for setting up GreenShield+

How to Check Coverage Quickly (GreenShield+)
Just because you have coverage doesn’t always mean a specific medication, product or service is included.
That’s where GreenShield+ helps.
Steps:
Log in to GreenShield+
Select Coverage → Check Coverage.
Enter your product or service (e.g., dental cleaning, physiotherapy, eyeglasses, medical prescription information).
View eligibility, coverage, and reimbursement amounts.
This quick check saves time, phone calls, and surprises.
