The Suggestion Box gives members a place to share:

  • Feedback

  • Suggestions

  • Concerns

  • Questions

  • Ideas for improvement

Every submission is reviewed and logged to help us identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve.

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTION BOX FOR?

The Suggestion Box is for constructive feedback related to the overall union experience.

This may include:

  • Communication feedback

  • Suggestions for improvement

  • Member experience concerns

  • Ideas for resources or support

  • Recurring frustrations or observations

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTION BOX NOT FOR?

This form is NOT for:

  • Formal grievances

  • Harassment or discrimination complaints

  • Safety concerns requiring immediate action

  • Benefits, pension, or insurance claims

  • Dispatch or employment issues

  • Technical support requests

  • Emergency or urgent matters

  • We track recurring concerns, common themes, and opportunities for improvement.

  • In some cases, we may follow up using the email provided for clarification or additional information.

  • While not every submission will receive a direct response, all feedback is reviewed and considered.
